What has been your best RE event (conference/retreat/workshop) that you've attended?

I have been to hundreds of real estate events over the past 9 years.  Events such as 2-hours monthly meetups to 3-day conferences and 4-day retreats.  And I have been part of several mastermind groups over the last few years as well.  Currently I am putting together a 7-day investor retreat and workshop at our properties in Costa Rica that I will hold in September and I would love to get some feedback from others who have attended workshops, conferences, and retreats so that I can make my retreats the absolute best possible and people can walk away thinking that the money that they spent on the retreat was worth every penny.  

For those who have attended several real estate focused retreats, what have you found to be the most helpful things for you in developing or improving yourself as an investor (what did you get most out of the event), and what to you feel was not very valuable to you?
