REIA in Delaware

I have been trying to locate some REIA meetings that I can go to and try and just get my feet wet in the world on real estate investing. As a college kid studying engineering now, I definitely want to swing my career from working for someone else to being the boss of my own company. I hope real estate is the industy that I end up in. I was wondering if there are any REIA meetings that I can go to that are in the state of Delaware. I live in Milford in the summer but drive up north everyday for an engineering internship in New Castle. Hopefully there are some down south.
