Joining an agency as an investor

Matthew William
Posted

I know a lot of agencies have investors in house.  Do agencies (KW, Coldwell, etc) hire individuals who are solely investors?  Or are they contracted out a different way?  Are the requirements to come aboard different (such as licensing, proof of financial stability, etc)?

Hey Matthew! I joined a local brokerage full of investor friendly agents which helped a lot on both ends. You can approach being an agent like an investor and vice versa and they ultimately feed each other. Reafco was the place I chose in Columbus, Ohio. Let me know if you have any questions.
