Is anyone else having trouble with Zillow, Redfin, and other MLS apps with Sold Info?

I have been looking at a property that needs to be rehabbed and was trying to research the ARV. Problem is, when I use Zillow or the other apps/websites to research sold info in Montana, no information for any property shows up.

The only thing is tells me is when it was sold, but not sold price for any properties.

I was wondering if this is just for me, if so I can dig into how to fix it, but I don't feel that special that I think it would be just me having this issue.

Please let me know if anyone else is having trouble or has any solutions.

Thanks!

Occasionally I'll run into that problem with those websites. I also like to look at the Electronic Certificate of Real Estate Value from the Minnesota Department of Revenue. It's free and I'm sure Montana has that too. It's much more detailed. I especially like that it says who bought the property. A lot of people list their properties in an LLC, but use their home address, so I search the home address up and you can usually easily find the actual name of the person.
