Kitchen Design for New Construction

Hey everybody, I just wanted to drop this here to get opinions on the designs. These are designs for the same space and currently the house is roughed in for plumbing. I did these three different designs to show my client a few options they have.

Which one is your favorite?

To me I think the big square looking island with the diagonal corner cabinet makes the most sense. Not only do you gain extra storage but the island has enough seating around it to accommodate 4 people comfortably. I also think the island looks sleek and help’s functionality in the kitchen when moving around the island you aren’t hitting a corner.

I would probably pair the island with the more brown run of cabinet’s though instead.

Please me know your thoughts! I would love to hear them, I am always looking to improve and get others opinions!
