List ranking KCMO neighborhoods... is this accurate?

Hey all, I came across this online list of neighborhoods in KCMO ranked from 1-143. Reaching out to get some boots on the ground perspective as to accuracy of the list... I'm an OOS investor and have generally bought in East Meyer and looking at other areas. Any insight is appreciated and thanks in advance.
