Best Places to Launch a STR

I’m an interior designer based in Evansville, IN so I can have quick and easy access to four other regional cities (Indy, Nashville, STL and Louisville) all just 2 to 2.5 hrs away. I’ve done new construction, renovation and furnishing projects as well as furnishing short term rentals.

Evansville was just rated #2 for best places to have a STR by AirDNA.
