Comprehensive, Dynamic Multifamily (Apartment) Financial Model

Jacob Hannawa

Hello everybody,

My name is Jacob, and I have several years of extensive financial modeling experience with multifamily properties and other commercial real estate assets ranging from $4M to $100M in size. Through working with 1031 exchange investors, billion-dollar real estate private equity firms, and experienced general partners in the space, I have a very well-rounded education of real estate financial modeling. I have created an easy-to-use, comprehensive model that can be utilized as a powerful template across any multifamily deal that one is sourcing. The model has options for several forms of financing, short-term and long-term rental, renovation scheduling, an income statement, promote structure (waterfall), monthly and yearly cash flows, and several other valuable components. This is a really helpful model for anybody looking to acquire properties across a wide range of prices and deal structures. I'm happy to provide instructions, walkthroughs, and adjustments for specific needs. Please reply to this post if you are interested.
