Building house, duplex or triplex

Emerson Pariona
Posted

Hi everyone, looking to build my first house or duplex here in Tampa Florida. Any recommendations of good contractors, architects that would be able to work with me in this? Also if anyone knows an approximate for the price of building a duplex or triplex I would really appreciate it. Land is cleared and ready to build. Thank you!

@Emerson Pariona

Drive around the neighborhood and look for new builds… Then look up the addresses on Tampa’s plan and permitting system…Accela Citizen Access. Reverse search the builder LLC or name on websites like Fast People Search and call them.

Some of these records will be investors that are GCs as well and are likely be a good fit for your new construction goals.

I hope this helps. Good luck!
