Based on cash flow, I would recommend midwest of course. 3 big ones in OH, Indianapolis, etc. There are still deals! Go find them!!!

what do you guys think about Birmingham Al? House prices and cash flow are decent. I looked up online and it said it was one of the top places to invest.
