Full review below: We went through four different realtors/teams before we settled on Amy Zs team and boy are we glad we went the way we did. Every other realtor we talked to came into our house and gave some gut-feeling guesses about value, or had some comparables that they selected based off of a single attribute with no additional data. Some of the other realtors also didn't seem to understand how much things would actually cost to fix prior to sale, or told us it would just be part of the cost to spend multiple thousands extra for staging (with the staging company they also owned of course.) Talking and meeting with Sam and Amy was a completely different experience and a breath of fresh air. They came into our home with a plan on how they would help us sell our house, good data and spreadsheets on how our house matched up on multiple aspects with the comparables they brought, and specifically talked about ways that our house was unique and different to others in the neighborhood in both positive and negative ways. Sam and Amy were realistic and data driven from the start, making sure that we had expectations that matched reality and weren't just based on "yeah, probably, that sounds good enough" Throughout the sale process Sam and Amy were incredibly responsive to all of our questions and concerns and helped save the day for us multiple times from checking in on the house while we were gone to quickly coordinating some last second repairs for us while we were out of town.
