AUSTRALIA REI SIMILAR?
Hey everyone,
I am 22 years old, married with one beautiful baby girl, in the process of building my first home, I have just started my career in real estate as a sales rep. I am wondering if there are any Australian investors in here that are able to help me out with the best strategy here in Aussie. Stamp duty is a killer and I feel our properties are all priced to high where it is hard to get any decent cashflow. A lot of the podcasts I listen to people some how have extremely low mortgage payments and high rents. Would love to bounce questions off of any one willing! I live in Perth, WA and will pay for a lunch and pay you for your time if anyone is reading this that is close by!
Thank you!
