Investing in Bansko-Bulgaria

My wife is Bulgarian and we're considering to buy an apartment in the ski resort Bansko in Bulgaria and rent it out via platforms such as Airbnb. Our investment rationale:

- Premier ski resort in Eastern Europe with cheap flight connections to Sofia are transfer to Bansko by car
- A recent oversupply of apartments has led to a dramatic drop in property prices. Studio apartments start at a price of USD 15k.
- Short term rental rates are attractive

Greatly would appreciate your thoughts and experiences. Also, would be delighted if you know any trustworthy real estate brokers in Bansko.
