Business In Co-Hosting Airbnb's?

Greetings Everyone!

This is my first post and I am very excited to learn from, and meet, new people.

My name is Mason, I just graduated from SUNY Albany, I currently live in Albany and I work at a property management company. I have been interested in real estate for a few years now and I want to start working hands-on in the field.

For a portion of my actual job I manage an Airbnb. I would like to expand on this skill and create a business that co-hosts Airbnb's in the Capital Region. I do not yet have the resources to own real estate and turn it into an Airbnb which is why I will focus solely on co-hosting. Essentially, I would be taking care of the bookings, unit turns, etc.

I am looking for advice on how to find people that would be interested in creating a partnership and using a co-hosting service. Any additional tips, learning resources, or advice would also be greatly appreciated!

Best,

Mason H
