I am a new real estate investor and I'm eager to learn more about the world of REI. I'm curious, what are some things that have come as an unexpected benefit to folks who have a few deals under their belt? Something outside the norm of passive income or financial freedom?

The ability to grow and build financial independence quickly. I did in five years what I thought would take ten or more.
