 If you think about it at one time those markets were not overvalued. The investors that bought there before then are rolling in the $$$. I think Columbus Ohio could become like that. With all of the huge corporations choosing to set up shop here, we continue to see the market to bloom. I think it is good to find those markets that you think could become like the next Vegas or Colorado Springs and invest there.
