House Deals...anyone use this before?

This is not an ad or me trying to push this website I am interested to see if anyone has ever used it or if its just a scam?

myhousedeals.com/land2F.asp?area=Boston

I was on craiglist just looking at houses and a post said 72 investment properties....with this link.

At first glance looking at the main page it seems like one of those "get rich quick, look how much money this guy made" type of websites. But if you read through and browse around a bit it could just be a wholesale site...maybe I am wrong.

It looks like a whole saler is just using the internet and posting his findings for investors to browse and eventually purchase. There are different packages depending on what you are looking for the most expensive being $225/month. With updated listings and distressed seller lists.

Has anyone ever used this site or does anyone think its a legit source of investment properties? I'd rather not have one of those scam companies charge my Credit card continiously each month even when you try to cancel.

What is everyones take?
