While it's likely many of us would say "as long as I'm getting cashflow, appreciation,... fill in the blank", I'll continue to invest, others may not feel the same. What would make you step away?

Would it mean a full exit, changing your strategy, or just until "X" improves?

I would say it would depend on future legislation.

There seems to be a political appetite for increased regulation and reduced profits for lenders and landlords.

Hoping we dont get to that point
