Roofstock and State Targets

Hello all,

We are looking to leverage Roofstock for a transaction as well as get their references for property managers. Has anyone used that platform before?

We are also working to create a ranking system for our target states to invest in as the universe is about 30-40 states. I am wondering if there are any good data sets out there that anyone knows of, or if there is a good ranking system someone has developed?
