Investment after personal home

Hello all!

Just purchased my first home for my family in January. I'm now looking to start getting into investment properties but am having trouble finding a loan company to pre-approve due to my recent FHA loan. Does anyone have any experience with this or should I be looking for options other than a conventional loan? Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated
