Hey! My names Matt, currently 18 years old and extremely ambitious to purchase my first rental property. Only issue is I’m going off to college, and I’d love to here from people with past experiences on the best way to go about this. I’m very knowledgeable and have been working very hard the past few years and feel very ready to begin my journey. I’m open to any partnerships as well if anyone is interested.
