New RE Investment Agent - NW Houston

I just recently passed my Texas real estate license exam and will be starting with a brokerage company that specializes in investment properties in early April. I’ve been an avid BiggerPockets listener for a while now and am super excited to learn more about investing and get some hands-on experience before I start to invest in my own rental properties.

I’m hoping to grow some connections with investors looking to buy or sell properties in the north west Houston area (new or experienced), or simply have insight on how an ideal relationship with an agent looks like/operates, and real estate agents who have experience in dealing with investment properties. Thank you for your time. :)

Molly
