Looking for property manager

Hello BP - I am looking for a new property manager for a duplex (2 x 3bed/2bath units) located in Rumford. 1 side is rented, the other side we just moved out of is currently vacant. My current property manager has been pretty useless during this transition and somehow the unit remains vacant. So its time to switch! I've looked into Lyon property management but wanted to hear others as well. Thank you!
