Finding Off Market Properties

Hey Everyone!

I was wondering what your best strategy is to find off market properties.  We are all looking for that home run deal that nobody knows about for ourselves or our clients.  Over the past year, I have found some creative ways to find these deals.  My favorite strategies include but are not limited to; running Facebook ads, calling rental ads on Craigslist, and placing signs near major freeway on/off ramps.  What are your go-to strategies to finding off market properties?
