Good Afternoon All-

I am looking to invest in SFR in the Myrtle Beach, Conway, Akron etc area. Is anyone familiar or experienced with the inventory/rentals and areas? Are these areas good investments? I have a few properties I am interested in already. Any feedback would be great, thank you.
