Picking your tenant
Hey all,
I’ve spoken to a few investors on the topic and I noticed how everyone had their own way of doing things. I was curious to see how each of you screen your tenants— what does your process look like? What things are non negotiable? What things are you more lenient towards? What sticks out as red flags or green flags? Etc.
