Foundation issues who to hire.

Keep running into houses with foundation issues. Who should I have to come look at them during inspection time? Structural engineer? Foundation repair company?

This particular house is 600 sq ft with a full basement and potential for extra rooms. Half of the house the floors are sloped. Basement floor has a crack across it where I assume the one side of the house settled. Please help
