Who is the best boutique hotel developer out there? I have a property in NW PA that would make a great boutique hotel. Thanks!

@Matthew Stapleford not sure on developers, but I am interested in investing in hotels and I’m just north of PA in Buffalo.

@Matthew Stapleford I do not. I’ve been looking for opportunities- so developing one may not be the best fit for me, but I figured it was worth considering
@Tim Delaney I’m always open to opportunities. I don’t have experience operating hotels, but the property I have would be a great location for a boutique hotel development for an experienced developer/operator. Depending on who was running the project, outside investors may be needed.
