End of eviction moratorium=influx of house sales?
The market is bare and the houses for sale are overpriced! I will be in the market soon to purchase another rental.. if there are any for sale.. Do you guys think the end of the federal eviction moratorium will create a spike in house sales? I believe landlords will need to sell their properties to recoup any lost money during this moratorium. What do you guys think?
