Templates For Contractors Time Tables.
I used the bigger pockets rehab estimator to create a spreadsheet of material costs and labor costs. I then assigned each cost with a letter and number. Since I pay my contractor on a job by job basis, what I would like to do is assign these items to specific weeks they need to be done. This will allow my contractor and I to know how much I'll need to pay in the beginning of the week for materials and how much I would need to pay at the end of the week once the job is done. Before I make a template for time tables, I wanted to reach out and see if someone had something similar before I spend too much time on this. Attached below is how I made a key for a job we're about to do.
