In what order do you rehab a house or rental?

I have only been here a couple of months and am learning so much. My question is, when rehabbing a property there must be a best order in which to do repairs. What is that order? Is it plumbing then electrical can they both be done at the same time? I assume painting and cleaning are the last two things? Is landscaping first, last or does it matter when you do it?  Thank you for your replies
