Contractors needed in Torrance and Lomita CA

Hello Bigger Pocket members I’ve taken on managing a couples real estate portfolio. Two of the properties are located in Lomita and Torrance CA. We’ve had previous meetings on some of the needed work and what they are looking from me to help co-manage their properties. The conclusion of the meeting was for to create a proposal on my plan of action to accomplish their goals. I’m looking for contractors before my next meeting with them because I want to get familiar with me and my clients to build a working relationship
