Hi! Im looking to build a team of people in the Washington d.c area to build a prefabricated shipping container neighborhood. I have been looking into this method of building for a few reasons. Long term durability High potential short term rental income Rapid construction time Hurricane resistance Earthquake resistance Fire resistance The struggles with funding, zoning and building codes will be dealt with accordingly. If you are interested in changing the way housing is viewed, let's get to work.

Hate to burst your bubble , but try and get that thru building and permits first and see what they say . Then zoning .
