Has anyone ever heard of the Garrett Companies?  https://www.thegarrettco.com/

They started 4 years ago and now have over 82 million in revenue.  They develop, build and manage real estate.  Does anyone have any idea how they are getting financing for this?  

I am interested if their strategy can be replicated and how they finance.
