Final Cost of New Construction 2- or 3-flat

Hello,

It is hard to find a nice breakdown of the final cost of projects. I understand there are variables for each property, but i was hoping i could get a few nice breakdowns of the final costs of each piece of the project for a 2 or 3 flat. All i can find online are estimates and spreadsheets with projections. Im just looking for someone who completed a new construction and has all the final costs to share rather than guesses of what they might be. I would really appreciate any guidance in this area as im starting on my first trek into a new construction 2-3 flat.
