Graciously Seeking Land, Construction, & Utility Attorney

Any recommendations from BP community for a land, construction, and utility development attorney in SF East and North Bay area is greatly appreciated. Please PM me if you are the principal. This  a medium size project and another coming up on the line as well (medium to large project). (An attorney who may have a double degree in civil or structural engineering or a mechanical/electrical engineering degree would be desirable, if not, not to worry). I will supplement and complement the utility (power plant) requisite development area up to the structural requirement side.
