Second Spec Build in Ellijay Ga

We just completed due diligence on a waterfront lot for our second spec build in North Ga. This will be another modified DEN Outdoors Plan. We will be adding a day light basement to their Studio House plan to capture views of the lake we are building on. Hoping to bring this one to market in late Summer 2025.
