Short plat in Bellevue -- looking for references

I would appreciate references to experienced professionals (architects, arborists, GC, surveyors etc.) who can help me negotiate and get permits for a short plat in Bellevue, WA. Will need to deal with Land use, utilities, trees removal/mitigations. I plan to remove two existing houses and build ~3 new ones.
