Texas Land Portfolio

Hey BiggerPockets Community,

I currently have a small Texas land portfolio and was wondering if anyone here has any interest. I have some small lots and some acreage scattered around, mostly in the Matagorda, Victoria, and Corpus Christi areas.

I've noticed a slight decline in $/acreage around the southern portion, and I'm curious to know if anyone is interested in Texas acreage or what trends you've been seeing lately. There was a huge boom right after the pandemic, but now I see the markets slowly cooling down.
