My cabin renders (pics inside) Experts critique!

These are my modern cabin renders. It's a 1bd 550.sqft cabin, maximizing every square foot to the highest utility value. I plan to short term it when I'm not living in it so I designed it with an additional vertical guest bed to the right of the living room and with extra dresser space in the bedroom in case of long term tenants. Not sure if the patio should have a glass cage to double as a mud room or open for barbeque. I used light floors and dark walls for contrast and light furnishings pushed against the dark walls for pop. You enter into the kitchen area with little space for your coat but that's expected at 550.sqft. I read a couple design books to fact check the objects and colors and feel like it's pretty solid. Even covered the ugly TV with shaders that slide. Most people put that on top of their mantle and it's a disaster. The top view pic was old but shows the layout. I'm also thinking of building 3 units just like this side by side plus an identical ADU so I can squeeze a 4th unit in if time permits.

I have pocket doors between the kitchen and living room to the right. This will help avoid cooking toxins from coming in thus helping with LEED certification as well. The barrel is a bar cart on wheels I think they call it which I will use as a wine and whiskey rack which is cheap to do. The drop leaf table folds up for a third person or move it out for a 4th. The bookshelf is integrated for a neat academic theme. I used as few colors as possible and tossed the wood slats so nothing looks to busy to the eyes increasing cognitive friction on the mind. The focal point should be the fireplace but I guess the bookshelf draws attention too. I blended the drop leaf into the wall so the focus would be on the fire, frame or shelf.

Natural light comes in from the door side, one in the bathroom and the back patio side but that's it. Because they will be multi units, I can't put any more windows around. I'm afraid skylights might leak or increase the cost.

Random Pac-Man photo that I want to place to the left of the couch. I think the yellow adds pop to the browns and the 80s nostalgia of pacman fits with the old timey theme that cabins convey. I couldn't imagine street fighter or any other arcade than Pac-Man working here.

Not shown is an actual gameroom on one of the 3 units. If anyone knows, how much value would a pool table and stuff add? I know it's probably nothing for a long term tenant but this particular unit will be short term only and would imagine people pay a premium for the experience. When I look at other short term rentals online, they're all shacks for $80-100+ a day. I'd rather hit up a hotel with the effortless garbage I see online. People literally  just craming bunk beds into a bathroom for a desperate buck.
