Seeking Land/Teardown Opportunities in Miami/Coconut Grove/Coral Gables

I'm looking for land/teardowns in Miami and surrounding neighborhoods to build new construction properties.  Zoning can be for single family home, 2-4 units and multifamily.  I'm a licensed broker, but would be acting as principal, so would welcome any introductions to any brokers that have off market opportunities.  Also looking for trusted general contractors and architects in the area.  Thanks in advance!
