USDA Construction Loan for Multifamily

Good afternoon everyone! I am a young investor looking to build up my portfolio. I have heard some things about doing a USDA construction loan and I would like to do this to build my first home, but rather than build a single-family home, I would like to build a quad Plex, does anyone have experience doing this?
