Builder Problems and Permitting

Hello,

I am having major issues with the home builder, Century Communities, as far as completing the process to obtain the Certificate of Occupancy from the city. The house has been built and finished for several weeks at this point. Is there any proactive step I can take on my end to get this done?

Thank you in advance.
