Multifamily Mindset $40k ????

Attending the 3 day Multifamily Mindset seminar. The coaches and speaker are very knowledgeable but, then you get hit up for $40,000.00 for the mentorship program. Is this needed or even worth to get my foot in the door with landing Multifamily deals?

PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS. Could be a downpayment on an actual property.... 

A ton of free information out there that's extremely valuable. There is no "secret", just nuance. 

Connect with people who have done it before and try to gather as much info as you can.
