Dayton/ Cincinnati Ohio Brokers
Good afternoon everyone,
I am looking to connect with great brokers in the greater Dayton and Cincinnati Ohio areas. My partner and I have done a couple of deals, but looking to go larger. We are solely focused on 16-50 unit apartment buildings with value add potential through mismanagement, under market rents, light rehabs, etc. 1970’s builds or newer, in B- areas or better. We have investors lined up and can definitely close on any deal that matches this criteria. If you have any broker recommendations or any recommendations at all for deal flow please let me know. Thanks!
