Hey guys I live in gainesville, fl and I've been on the journey for a off the market multifamily so I've been cold calling who I can and writing letters to others and even doing both to some of those but so far I've gotten some no's and a whole lot of no responses. But 1 thing I've noticed here is that a lot of these properties are in trusts so when I mail a letter to them I'm not actually getting in touch with the owners right? Also if anyone has any better methods of getting off market deals I am all ears.

@Gerardo Lewis you have to do what's called "skip tracing." I would search that term, and you will find a list providing service that you can pay for, or try to reverse engineer it yourself through something free like Truepeople search. I am not a pro, but there are plenty of pros on here.
