What is everyone's opinion on Freddie Mac debt service/Covid19 escrows going away and how will that effect the economy and the multifamily sector?

It will make the numbers look a bit better but not by a ton. I (and most people I knew) was already underwriting that I was raising the extra funds to pay for the escrows but doing a return of capital after a year anyway.
