Investment opportunities in NB

Aarti Bhat
Posted

Hello all! I am from Calgary, AB and currently own 2 rental properties here. I am looking to buy a third and wanted to get into multi units. Based on some research, I see a lot of potential in NB particularly in Saint John and Moncton. I would prefer a turnkey property since I have very limited experience with renos. I am not familiar with NB at all, although I have connected with some real estate agents there, I would love to hear from more experienced investors in NB. I would appreciate if you could also share names of realtors that were helpful along with PM companies. Thank you so much for reading.
