Trash Furniture Garbage

I recently bought an apartment complex and 1 thing I was not prepared for is the amount of trash, mainly furniture, I accumulate. I've also busted people from outside the complex coming in with they're trash. On a smaller complex I own, I installed blink cameras, which have great clarity, but they are motion activated. Being motion activated, they alert you every time there's motion, which is unfeasible, unless you want to just sit there staring at your phone all day. Anyways back to the amount of furniture I receive, what is a good solution to this problem? My trash company will pick up, but at $28 a pc. Looking for a better solution. Thx
