Hi guys, so I am considering joining Brad Sumrok's mentoring program to become a personal student through the Sumrok program. The only thing is that its very expensive ($30k). Is there anyone on here that is part of the Sumrok program or has any thoughts on it in general. Thanks

Hi Jesse,

I’m wondering if you ended up joining the Personal Mentoring? I ended up not joining Brads group but do have plans to join another group. With that being said, do your research throughly before you join any group. Check out podcast #69 from Think MultiFamily. There is some great stuff on there about what you should look for any a mentoring group. I didn’t even realize these groups exist until I attended R2R and then started doing research and found out that there is a lot of groups. I think they are all priced in the 30-50k range which is not bad for personal mentoring if you are actually getting the mentoring they tell you that you will get. Either way, if you do join a group make sure it fits your values and your goals. I would love to connect and follow your success story. Here’s to your success!
